The laser cutting machine MRD-L2420-2500W achieves even faster trajectory control and high-precision laser cutting than conventional models. It demonstrates its capabilities in cutting various industrial materials, including airbag and car seat components. To accommodate high-power lasers, it features a newly designed slat conveyor with a new shape, reducing defects caused by reflections. A comb blade plate is installed at the workpiece discharge section to horizontally discharge the cut workpieces. Additionally, the operation panel allows for the setting of processing conditions and various parameters to enable optimal cutting. Power override and speed override can also be adjusted using a volume control. Processing time and operating time are displayed, along with any abnormalities or warnings from the laser oscillator.
